Singapore Sustainable Finance Association

DZ Bank Day on Sustainable Transition

Description:

DZ Bank is pleased to host a delegation of German and European leaders in the sustainable transition on 13 June
2024 in Singapore. Joining the delegation will be Airbus, Lufthansa, SAP, Siemens Energy, and Union Investment.

As part of the delegation’s agenda in Singapore, DZ Bank, in partnership with SGX Fixed Income and the Singapore
Sustainable Finance Association (SSFA), is delighted to invite you to a seminar on 13 June to discuss best practices
for sustainable business transition, the development of transition finance and lessons learnt in Germany and Europe
more broadly, and how these experiences can be leveraged in Singapore and beyond.

The focus of this event will be on the challenges and opportunities of the ‘brown-to-green’ transition, the necessary
actions the relevant actors must take to meet long-term demands and targets as well as important advances in the
capital market, which can contribute to the availability of the required finance.

The event is multi-stakeholder and provide the opportunity to highlight successful transition measures taken by
corporates to support actions on climate mitigation, adaptation and resilience, and nature, with a view of
highlighting synergies and complementarities and identifying further opportunities for collaboration on transition
finance.
